Bar Route
The description and time of each bar on our route is listed below. Feel free to join us at any point of the crawl but please RSVP if you plan to join us for dinner at 6:00 PM.
2:00 PM - Hennessey's

This Irish bar is a long-standing beach tradition. Quieter than its neighbors and never with a line, it's a sit-down alternative to the rest of the Pier.
3:00 PM - The Poop Deck

The Southbay's famous Beer Only Bar has recently been featured in Sony Picture's release, Southland Tales.
4:00 PM - Sharkeez
( 52 Pier Ave.; 310-374-7823 )
Locals called Sharkeez the "Black Hole" because they would often go in for one cocktail in the afternoon and wind up staying all night... keep your head level, we're only on bar #3!
5:00 PM - Fat Face Fenner's Fishshack
(30 Pier Ave.; 310-376-9833)
Its second-floor balcony provides the only elevated view of Pier Ave and a rustic back bar has live music on weekends. It's big enough to find a bit of elbow room and the front bar has become so popular with some locals it feels like Cheers.
6:00 PM - Sangria

It is the biggest of the seaside clubs with a large outdoor patio area and an indoor bar and dance floor. It makes an intoxicating sangria – ask for the "special" which is topped with spiced rum.
